Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software development and testing solutions. With 8-12 years of experience in the field, they will possess a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and be well-versed in collaborating with global teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality test cases and scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, ensuring seamless integration with project goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and root cause identification for defects and issues, applying problem-solving skills to drive resolution.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on test automation best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Experience:
  • 8-12 years of experience in software development and testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Experience
  • Knowledge of AIML Generative AI concepts, processes, and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI services and infrastructure.
