Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Trading Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a dedicated trading desk.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful trading strategies, managing teams and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.

  • Develop and implement new trading strategies to enhance trading performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage a dedicated trading desk, overseeing the development and implementation of trading plans and monitoring their execution.
  • Collaborate with a team of traders to synergize trading strategies, improve trading performance and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze trading performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to optimize results.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in options trading, with a strong background in strategy development and team management.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university, preferably in a field related to finance or economics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business objectives.
