Job Title: Quantitative Market Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Market Strategist to develop trading strategies for Indian equities, indices, and derivatives. This role combines research, coding, and live trading execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Build and test systematic strategies using historical tick data, with a focus on identifying profitable trades and minimizing risk.
  • System Design: Develop fast, reliable backtesting & execution systems, utilizing low-latency APIs for live trading.
  • Analytics: Apply statistical & machine learning techniques to find alpha, monitor, analyze, and optimize live strategies.
Requirements
  • Programming Skills: Strong Python or C++ skills, with experience in market data (tick/order book) & backtesting.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of Indian market microstructure & basic derivatives.
  • Experience: 1–5 years in quant research/trading/dev, with a strong track record of delivering results.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Execution Algos: Experience with execution algos and risk systems, cloud computing for large-scale simulations.
