Founding Quant Researcher



Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Founding Quant Researcher to spearhead our research efforts and collaborate closely with the development team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop advanced models for predicting returns and risks, primarily focused on Indian equities but also including other asset classes.

In this role, you will build configurable and robust portfolio optimizers compatible with various benchmarks, constraints, and financial goals-based objectives. You will drive continuous improvement of alpha generation and capacity expansion.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in quant research
  • Education: Strong academic background from premier institutions in financial engineering/mathematics/data science or a quantitative discipline + CFA/MBA
  • Prior Roles: Experience in quant investing funds or fast-paced startups
  • AI-native productivity: Fluency with cutting-edge AI tools
