Job Opportunity for Quantitative Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled quantitative strategist to design, build, and risk manage tradable indices, utilizing advanced mathematical models and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain new and existing algorithmic trading strategies, leveraging expertise in Python or C++.
  • Understand valuation and risk management of production trading strategies, ensuring optimal performance and minimal risk exposure.
  • Contribute to SDLC infrastructure of complex tradable strategies and build analytical tools for risk analysis, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Support both OTC and electronic trading activities by explaining model behavior, fostering transparency and trust within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming background with proficiency in Python or C++ and a solid understanding of advanced mathematics used in financial modeling.
  • Reasonable understanding of the mathematics involved in the valuation of financial products and trading strategies, ensuring accurate predictions and optimal outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc., demonstrating a strong foundation in theoretical and applied mathematics.
  • Experience of financial markets and familiarity with general trading concepts and terminology, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
