As a seasoned product leader, you will drive the product vision and strategy to deliver exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a compelling product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Lead prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Establish and uphold agile methodologies and practices throughout the organization.
  • Define and decompose features and epics into user stories, establishing clear acceptance criteria.
  • Actively participate in release planning and contribute to PI planning.
  • Work directly with the delivery team to set clear expectations and accept or reject deliverables.
  • Facilitate process gap analysis and recommend future state enhancements to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Establish a product vision and roadmap to drive growth and scalability, leveraging technology to drive automation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements are well documented and meet strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure solution architecture and workflow support both 'what' and 'how' aspects of the work.
  • Collaborate with technical product owners and architects to mature the backlog, focusing on profitability (ROI).
  • Work with technical product owners to prioritize features and stories with external dependencies.
  • Remove delivery roadblocks by working effectively with others.
  • Escalate issues requiring executive attention promptly, supported by an objective assessment and recommendation.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Own end-user communication and training strategy on defined products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
  • Analytical and strategic decision-making skills coupled with strong product planning and prioritization abilities.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using project management tools like JIRA, Rally, or VersionOne boards to track project scope.
