Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Coordinator – Skill Development to support and strengthen our existing and upcoming skill development programs across Odisha. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing skill projects and a sound understanding of the local context in the state.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under various schemes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  • Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to relevant authorities.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, etc.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines.
