Program Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead to join our team.

This role plays a critical part in the success of our Enterprise SaaS platform, requiring someone who can drive and orchestrate program execution while ensuring seamless alignment across product, design, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of delivering high-impact outcomes, fostering transparent communication, and identifying dependencies early on.

  • Deliver complex programs or projects with cross-stream dependencies by coordinating efforts across data engineering, ML, infra, security, compliance, and product teams.
  • Facilitate technical discussions around architectural trade-offs, scaling challenges, and system performance.
  • Built and institutionalize reusable frameworks and tools for predictable, repeatable execution.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in TPM roles, preferably in an enterprise SaaS/Cloud architecture environment.
  • Strong skills in driving large-scale platform engineering initiatives involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Past experience establishing and driving engineering productivity metrics and transformation.
  • A strong technical foundation in system design and architecture, distributed systems, API design principles, performance, scalability, and security.
