Key Position Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our showroom, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of showroom operations to meet or exceed sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of interior design or home decor to enhance the customer experience.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively under pressure.
