We are seeking a skilled Interior Space Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide personalized design recommendations. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering tailored home décor solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers at our flagship showroom and offer a premium shopping experience.
  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
Design Consultation & Pre-Sales Support
  • Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
Quotation & Sales Coordination
  • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
Relationship Building & Lead Generation
  • Foster strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to generate leads.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
  • Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
