Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to lead full-cycle implementations of Varicent solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.

With 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Varicent (formerly IBM ICM), you will work across various Varicent modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with internal teams and international clients.

Our goal is to empower global enterprises to unlock growth through innovative compensation solutions.

  • Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations
  • Configure modules: Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow
  • Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)
  • Support production deployment and issue resolution
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Communicate with global clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of Varicent/IBM ICM implementation experience
  • Strong SQL & ETL/data transformation skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced settings
