Oracle EBS Finance Techno Functional Consultant

The role of Oracle EBS Finance Techno Functional Consultant is pivotal in driving business growth through financial acumen and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules, including AR, AP, and GL, to ensure seamless integration with business processes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy comprehensive finance solutions that meet organizational goals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and project delivery.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions to drive productivity and cost savings.

• Provide expert guidance on Oracle EBS R12 technical areas, such as SQL/PLSQL, Forms/OAF, Reports, UNIX, AOL, and RICE concepts.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge in finance consulting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance Implementation projects, with a focus on AR, AP, and GL modules.

• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.

• Expertise in O2C and P2P cycles, with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS R12 functional areas, including Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, General Ledger, and Order Management and Inventory.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and collaboration with Oracle SR teams, DBA teams, and support groups.
