  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement targeted account plans that drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of additional services.">
  • Oversee assigned accounts' financial performance, ensuring effective management of Profit and Loss (P&L) metrics.">
  • Mentor and lead recruitment and account management teams to achieve performance targets and drive team success.">

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment services, or account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.">
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.">
  • Strategic approach to client engagement and P&L management, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing client demands and market conditions.">
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with a strong understanding of the IT and technology landscape.">
