About the Role

The Senior IT Architect plays a crucial part in designing and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative service solutions that drive business outcomes.

This senior-level role requires advanced knowledge of IT management services and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models. You must have the ability to work effectively with costing models and stakeholders to ensure commercial viability.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Your analytical skills will be essential in discovering and analyzing client requirements, presenting solutions, and obtaining client buy-in.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Delivery: Lead the design and development of secure, multi-year services solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with virtual teams, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Solution Development: Develop and execute consulting approaches that result in consolidated statements of requirements, scope, transition documents, and costing based need for change.
Requirements
  • Advanced Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Systems or a related field.
  • Certifications: Certification and working knowledge of ITIL, Service Management, and Integration preferred.
  • Experience: Advanced demonstratable track record of designing IT management services solutions to large enterprise accounts.
