Job Title: High Voltage Transformer Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:

Transformers and Reactors Installation:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and commissioning high-voltage transformers and reactors up to 500 MVA & 765 KV at project sites. This involves working closely with the back-office team, customers, and field service engineers to ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS):

The successful candidate will be required to implement and update documentation related to QMS and EHS standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. They will also be responsible for managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), ensuring timely compliance, and driving the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Site Management and Safety Protocols:

As a key member of our team, the selected candidate will be responsible for effectively managing site manpower and contractor resources. They will also be expected to maintain strict adherence to EHS protocols at all times and ensure that all projects adhere to Siemens and contract requirements.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in power transformers and reactors.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, responsible, and willing to take charge of assigned activities.

  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Willingness and availability for extensive travel within India and internationally.

Additional Requirements:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry safety standards and procedures.
  • Participate in shop floor quality activities such as Quality Corner, Quality Gate, and Project Closure meetings at the factory.
