Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive automation specialist to join our team in a permanent role.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automation, electrical hardware, and PLC programming. As an automation specialist, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing automation systems, contributing to cost-saving and cycle time improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand automation project requirements and select appropriate machine elements
  • Design and integrate panel elements and electrical hardware
  • Create and interpret wiring diagrams and oversee panel building
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces
  • Drive improvements in system performance and reliability
  • Lead cost-saving and cycle time reduction projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
Essential Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A B.Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in automation, electrical design, and PLC/HMI programming
