Job Title: Innovation Researcher

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced researcher to drive product innovation and technical excellence through hands-on development, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Design and develop products based on established design rules, ensuring quality standards and market needs are met.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.
  • Tech Expertise: Possess strong understanding of R&D field technical aspects, including research methodologies, product development processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Project Management: Lead entire product lifecycle from ideation to validation, ensuring products meet quality standards and market needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Responsible for characterization and approval of new material approvals, supporting operations for handling quality issues related to raw materials, and adherence to change management process as defined by TDK guidelines.
  • Customer Requirements: Address customer requirements from automotive requirements and find new/alternate material supplier development.
  • Audit Support: Handling of UL, VDE, CQC, BIS, IATF audits and its requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to Quality department, with experience in PPAP documentation and RCA with head of quality tools DFMEA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Experience: Proven track record in cost reduction projects, project management, and product development processes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of R&D field technical aspects, including research methodologies, product development processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
