Job Description

As a seasoned contracts manager, you will oversee the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements.

In addition to managing contract implementation, you will also lead the invoicing function to guarantee timely and accurate billing. You will serve as the Finance point of contact for cross-functional projects, participating in project scoping, success definition, and UAT closure.

By managing upstream contracts and downstream invoicing, this position ensures seamless revenue flow, risk mitigation, and transparent reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Lead the team responsible for implementing contracts.
  • Ensure contracts comply with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, service provision, and audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
