Contract Management Internship Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to join our team and assist with contract management tasks.

About the Role:

The intern will play a key role in supporting our team with:

  • Contract abstraction and review.
  • Drafting basic legal documents like amendments and working on the review of basic agreements like NDAs.
  • Record keeping and organization of contracts.
  • Tracking and managing existing contracts for our customers.

Responsibilities:

The intern will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses.
  • Drafting basic documents like amendments and reviewing legal documents like NDAs under the supervision of the senior team.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contracts.
  • Tracking and managing existing contracts for renewal or amendment.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the legal team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A current enrollment in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • A basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
