Job Title: Sales and Marketing Development Position

This role is ideal for a recent MBA graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and automation.

About the Job:

The selected candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans. The job requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Develop and maintain data tracking systems to monitor campaign performance.
  • Identify and follow up on interested leads via multiple channels.
  • Assist with outreach and lead nurturing efforts.
  • Prepare and update documentation related to AI and automation workflows.
  • Support in creating client proposals and presentations.
  • Contribute to developing engaging content for social media and company posts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Recently completed MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation processes.
  • Comfortable making calls and following up with prospects.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and sales technology tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (CRM knowledge is a plus).
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
