This pivotal role involves spearheading sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service operations, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, mentoring a team, designing marketing campaigns, and conducting market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and marketing division to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance
  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns for brand visibility
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive market position
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Oversee digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Experience working in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
  • Currently working in Visakhapatnam or willing to relocate
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious targets and business objectives
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience motivating and developing a team
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience in the real estate industry is desirable
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Proficient in Telugu, English, and preferably Hindi
