Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new law firms in accordance with the vendor management process, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
  • Monitor existing law firms, reviewing their status and requesting updated due diligence or risk acceptance as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the vendor management lawyer, assisting with Vendor Contract Review Checklists and Due Diligence responses.
  • Assist with the administration and general project management of various Vendor Contract Remediation projects.
Requirements:
  • Must have - years of experience in vendor management.
  • Must be a graduate in Law.
