Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the entire production process of AAC blocks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met with high-quality standards, minimal wastage, and cost efficiency.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning and Control
    • Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to achieve set objectives.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
    • Monitor plant operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Process Supervision
    • Oversee batching, mixing, casting, cutting, curing, and finishing operations to ensure quality products.
    • Ensure machines and panels operate with minimal downtime through regular maintenance.
    • Supervise production staff, operators, and support teams to improve team performance.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure AAC block production meets industry standards and company norms.
    • Monitor raw material quality and mix design consistency to maintain product quality.
    • Conduct regular inspections to check block dimensions, density, and compressive strength.
  • Wastage and Cost Control
    • Identify areas for improvement to minimize breakage, cutting wastage, and material rejections.
    • Optimize resource consumption to reduce costs without compromising quality.
    • Develop strategies to control production costs and improve profitability.
  • Team Management and Training
    • Manage production staff and assign responsibilities effectively to enhance team performance.
    • Provide training on process handling, quality checks, and safety practices to improve employee skills.
    • Encourage teamwork, discipline, and accountability among production staff.
  • Maintenance and Coordination
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain records of downtime and suggest improvements to increase productivity.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
    • Track raw material consumption and wastage records to inform decision-making.
    • Submit performance and variance reports to management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by introducing process enhancements and lean practices.
    • Work on automation and efficiency enhancement projects to improve productivity and reduce costs.
    • Foster a mindset of innovation and experimentation to drive business growth.
