Career in Insurance Operations

This role requires a professional to manage post-payment cases, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Key responsibilities include connecting with customers via calls and emails to update them on next steps and pending requirements such as document collection, verification, scheduling medicals, and retention.
The successful candidate will also coordinate with various stakeholders including insurers, underwriters, TPA's, and business SPOCs to ensure timely case issuance while achieving monthly issuance targets with minimal Turnaround Time (TAT) and high First-Time Right (FTR) rate.
To excel in this position, one must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of insurance underwriting and decision-making processes, ability to handle customers patiently, and proven stakeholder management skills to push cases forward.
