Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead our engineering team at ANSR Summit Consulting. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical projects from concept to delivery. We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, available, and fault-tolerant production applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product owners to identify new features and optimize existing systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure smooth daily operations, and accurate planning.
  • Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications and gather technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and contribute as a Technical Team Lead by mentoring others.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in software development, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional programming skills in object-oriented languages like Java, C#, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with modern frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, microservices architecture, and API-first development.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, lead complicated technical projects, and participate in on-call rotations.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $180,000 and $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
