Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineer to spearhead the production of high-quality solar cells and modules. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles and technical skills. You will be expected to initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.

As a Senior Engineer, you will handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently, while also developing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.

You will possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively guide or lead team members. Safety and compliance are crucial aspects of this role, requiring you to maintain safe work practices, comply with ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
