Senior Operations Specialist

Drive clean energy innovation and sustainability by joining our team as a Senior Operations Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Production Output Management: Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Solar Industry Expertise: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.
  • Process Improvement: Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Engineering & Trials Management: Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking: Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge Documentation: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Team Leadership: Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
