Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze surveillance alerts and reports.
  • Gather and analyze trade data to support the Firm's response to inquiries from regulatory bodies.
  • Support the compliance group in evaluating surveillance results for potential problems.
  • Communicate surveillance findings to management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Interact with legal and other compliance personnel as needed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Previous relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, innovation, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
