The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing the organization for audit controls and reviewing IT compliance reports.

Responsibilities include reviewing and updating Information Security and BCP policies, IT and Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and Crisis plans. The IT Compliance Specialist will conduct Cyber and BCP risk assessments, maintain a risk register, and ensure that risks are within the permitted limit and gaps are mitigated within a specified timeline.

A strong understanding of ISO 27001:2013, Information and BCP, and primary certifications such as ISO and CIS is essential for this role. Experience in the BFSI sector, particularly in Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Banking, or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), is advantageous.
