Job Description

The Senior Cloud Support Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless support to clients by aligning efforts to meet customer needs.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to plan and execute projects and initiatives, driving alignment across teams.
  • Manage meetings, document interactions, and set next steps to ensure progress and accountability.
  • Follow up and follow through on tasks and responsibilities to guarantee delivery and quality.
  • Create, update, and present project plans, providing visibility and context to stakeholders.
  • Organize work to achieve positive outcomes, leveraging agile work management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly sprints for assigned teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Help team members prioritize their workload, empowering them to manage their time effectively.
  • Maintain a healthy team by empowering, motivating, and building trust, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Set goals for team members and provide guidance and direction, supporting their growth and development.
  • Present weekly progress reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement, plan, and execute improvements, driving continuous process refinement.
  • Summarize problems for senior stakeholders, providing context and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and participate in status meetings and governance meetings, representing the team and communicating key updates.
  • Setup, coordinate, and manage triage sessions with customers and partners, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Must be able to technically guide the team and communicate proactively with customers and internal team members, promoting effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Coach, guide, and mentor other team members, developing their skills and expertise to drive team success.
  • Support the team in developing process knowledge and setup a knowledge base for reference and enrichment, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in cloud support leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience with agile work management processes and tools.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to guide team members and communicate technical concepts effectively.
