Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing NPD designs and identifying potential areas for IP legal risk, planning IP checks and carrying out risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review NPD designs for IP legal risk and plan IP checks
  • Carry out risk mitigation and strengthen the culture of technology/NPD through IP
  • Develop search strategies and carry out search analysis for FTO, SOA, invalidation, opposition, litigation, etc.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Graduate/PG/PhD qualification in Engineering (Mechanical/Electronics/Automotive/Material Science) and at least 18 years of experience in IP management. A WON certificate will be an advantage.
