Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Left Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Identify potential agents, attempt to associate with competitors' motor agents, and conduct name gathering activities.
- Activaisations: Engage producers daily, hold weekly and monthly development sessions, float contests and club conventions, provide sales support, and set goals.
- Stakeholder Interfaces: Communicate with internal stakeholders (CSM, ZSM, HR Team, Operations Team, IT Team) and external stakeholders (Agents).
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years in General Insurance.
- Education: Graduate from any discipline with prior experience.
