A Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in educating potential US customers about our product and service, handling inquiries, and providing positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships.
- Ability to call US Customers to explain about our program.
- Follow up with customers to ensure about the classes.
- Be able to get trained and take trial classes.
- Manage client relationships, take feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and expand relationships with Clients based in the US and UK.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to meet the needs of our clients.
Desired Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience with customer service and call centres in relevant job roles.
- Pleasant personality to engage in meaningful conversation.
- Good communication skills and active listening ability.
- Candidates should be fluent in English.
- Knowledge of US localization is desirable.
