About CoFee, our in-house SaaS product, streamlines fee collection for enterprises making financial management easier.
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive with 1 to 3 years experience. The ideal candidate will:
- Make outbound calls to introduce and explain the CoFee product.
- Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
- Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls leads and customer responses in CRM tools.
- Share product information and resolve basic queries related to features and benefits.
