Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with undergraduate colleges in the assigned city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events.
  • Conduct information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students.
  • Generate and nurture leads by promoting the company's PGDM program.
  • Coordinate with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes.
  • Travel within the city and occasionally outside for outreach events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach.
  • Established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai.
  • Currently working or residing in Hyderabad or Chennai.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language).
  • Strong networking ability and willingness to travel for outreach.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Management/Marketing/Education).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about student engagement.
