Job Overview

This high-impact role shapes customer trust and experience with Awwzo. We're seeking a warm, empathetic Client Liaison to be our customers' first point of contact.

You'll handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and other support channels, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring pet parents feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls, WhatsApp, and other support channels with empathy and ownership.
  • Explain services, pricing, and booking processes clearly and confidently.
  • Coordinate with centre teams for smooth pickups, drop-offs, and in-stay updates.
  • Maintain call logs, CRM records, and escalate issues where required.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience, communication flows, and FAQs.
Key Qualifications:
  • 0-1 years of experience in voice-based customer service or hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English (other languages an asset).
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and a calm presence on calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, basic Excel/Sheets.
  • A genuine love for dogs and comfort talking to pet parents.
