Design Verification Manager Opportunity

Overview:

  • Lead the design verification process, driving technical leadership and project execution within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement verification strategies, test plans, and coverage goals to meet industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance in SystemVerilog, UVM-based testbench development, and verification methodologies.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and DV engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage teams, track progress, and mitigate risks through proactive planning and stakeholder management.
  • Conduct regular status reporting, milestone reviews, and client interactions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting adherence to best practices in verification and project management.
  • Drive continuous improvements in automation, regression efficiency, and verification productivity.

Requirements:

  • 14+ years of experience in Design Verification (IP / Subsystem / SoC level).
  • Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA, and coverage-driven verification.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB) and Memory/DRAM verification flows.
  • Experience with Gate Level Simulation (GLS), Low Power (UPF), and Formal Verification is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to EDA tools such as Cadence Xcelium, Synopsys VCS, and Verdi.
  • Proven experience in project/program management, leading DV teams (10+ engineers).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced verification techniques, such as formal verification.
  • Knowledge of parallel computing and distributed verification environments.
