Interior Design Position

The ideal candidate will possess excellent creative thinking skills and be able to develop designs based on conversations with clients.

The successful candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adapt a given approach based on feedback.

The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients.


  • To own the sales process and drive sales closure.
  • To own customer experience during a project.
  • To lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To own an end-to-end project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma.
  • Minimum experience of one year as an interior designer.
  • Led and delivered a minimum of two to four residential modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning), civil works and services (specifications, installation details).
  • Project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal and external agencies. Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical and trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
