Job Title: Lead Interior Creative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in designing residential and commercial interiors, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client requirements into functional designs that exceed expectations.
  • Develop and present design proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
  • Oversee site progress and ensure execution quality meets our high standards.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and deliver innovative designs that balance creativity, functionality, and budget.
  • Ensure smooth project management from concept to handover.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio in residential & commercial interiors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and market rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
