Junior Interior Designer Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to take on the challenge of designing visually appealing spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with our team.

  • Develop innovative design concepts that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • E nsure Customer Experience during projects, from initiation to completion.
  • O wn quality & accuracy of Design deliverables, ensuring timely delivery.
  • P articipate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • F ully utilize knowledge of design tools, including AutoCAD and PPT presentation software.
  • A pply expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • D emonstrate Behavioural attributes : Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.

Requirements

  • Graduation / 12th + Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Minimum Experience of 1 to 5 years as an Interior Designer.
  • Familiarity with Design tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
