Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned professional in the field of Transaction Monitoring, you will be responsible for managing cutting-edge tools to mitigate financial crime risk.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a Post Graduate degree in Management/Statistics/Mathematics or a Graduate degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • They must have extensive experience in Transaction Monitoring, with a minimum of 15 years and at least 5 years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on technical solutions are required.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, and DevOps practices is essential.
  • Experience as a Product Owner to manage Transaction Monitoring tools is crucial.
  • Project Management skills and presentation skills are also essential.
  • Certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists or equivalent is preferred.
