Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead and manage a team of junior engineers in the design and execution of structural engineering projects.

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of junior structural engineers.
  • Coordinate with structural Engineering Consultants and Peer reviewers.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing structural engineering projects from concept through completion.
  • Cordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.
  • Conducting technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in structural engineering project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC.
