We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence Leader to join our team and drive innovation in data science.

About the Role:

This is a highly autonomous position that requires strong leadership and technical expertise in machine learning. As a key member of our AI team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying predictive models that enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional and modern machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, ensemble methods, deep learning, and reinforcement learning. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex quantitative analyses to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems.
  • Develop and deploy predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
