Life Sciences Director Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive growth and success in our Life Sciences Practice. As a strategic director, you will leverage your expertise in biopharmaceutical innovation, digital health, medical devices, diagnostics, precision medicine, drug delivery systems, and market access strategies to provide high-value advisory services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic leadership and business expansion: Drive business growth and advisory solutions in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals domain.
  • Client success and value creation: Lead solution and delivery teams to ensure high-quality advisory services and research deliverables.
  • Talent development and team leadership: Build and maintain a strong network of consultants, freelancers, KOLs, and experts, and recruit, nurture, and retain top talent.
  • Innovation and business development: Take an active role in business development, articulating research and advisory services to potential clients and engaging them with thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or higher in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or research advisory services, with substantial exposure to Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Healthcare sectors.
