Key Role Summary:

The Special Aide provides critical support to the leader of an organization, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative expertise, and organizational abilities, with the capacity to exercise sound judgment in a variety of situations.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to ensure cohesive implementation of strategic goals.
  • Communications, Partnerships & Outreach: Maintain accurate records, respond promptly to requests for materials, and edit written communications to external parties.
  • Administrative Support & Liaison: Serve as the administrator's liaison to the governing board, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with bylaws.
  • Senior Management Liaison: Participate in senior management team meetings, coordinate agendas, and facilitate cross-divisional coordination of strategic project management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and associates.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving, showcasing strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Emotional maturity and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
