Job Title: Voice and Accent Trainer

We are seeking a skilled voice and accent trainer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional training skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Design and deliver effective language and soft skills training programs.
  • Develop tailored courses to meet the needs of frontline support engineers.
  • Identify performance gaps in language and soft skills.
  • Implement a suitable training strategy through coaching and mentoring.
  • Lead transaction monitoring processes.
  • Measure and track language effectiveness from entry to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create engaging content using ID principles.
  2. Presentation skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in training (preferable 2+ years in a training environment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
