CPQ Solutions Specialist

This is a senior-level position that involves analyzing and implementing CPQ solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance teams to understand current and future business processes.
- Collaborate with IT Architects to design scalable and efficient CPQ systems.
- Document workflow processes and system architecture for improved understanding and maintenance.
- Configure and manage CPQ components, including product pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, and UI changes.
- Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation and operating instructions.
- Ensure all solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.
- 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation, preferably in ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash environments.
- 5+ years of experience working with sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
- Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ, including product, pricing, and approval management.
- Advanced Salesforce administration skills, including profiles, workflows, and process builder.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Salesforce and CPQ certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
