Job Title: Semiconductor Project Lead MEP

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a Semiconductor manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all MEP activities (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, and process piping) for the semiconductor project.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control costs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple disciplines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech projects.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
