Business Analyst Role

Global Technology Partners is a leading provider of digital transformation services, combining strategic thinking, innovative design, and robust engineering to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will work in the Client Delivery Services group and interact with clients, vendors, partners, and delivery service and product engineering staff. As the Business Analyst, you will contribute to capturing client requirements, analyzing them, documenting, configuring, testing, implementing, and training customers for the business solution.

The ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical mind, ability to work independently or in groups, good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to articulate in a precise manner. You will be a quick learner, with high energy to work in a fast-paced and fast-growing organization.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Analyze client data for loading, verify and test application functionality with client data
  • - Capture and understand client requirements, analyze and map to product solution
  • - Document requirements that may require further configurations
  • - Communicate with clients on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries
  • - Take client calls on issues and inquiries and navigate to closure
  • - Test system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion
  • - Coordinate and collaborate with clients and cross-functional/cross-regional teams

  • - Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to articulate in precise and accurate manner

  • - Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools
  • - Experience in software product implementation and support
  • - Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions is a plus
  • - US Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a big plus

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • - Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools
  • - Experience in software product implementation
  • - Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus
