We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to provide expert support and guidance to our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of desktop and networking issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and users to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issue resolutions and adhere to established procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools, including Azure, Windows 10 and 11, and Windows Server OS 2016
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of technical support experience is required
  • A graduate degree without any outstanding arrears is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently are key
  • Flexibility to work outside core business hours as required is a must
